Custom Crush Temecula is a dedicated custom crush company operating in partnership with PAMEC Winery — one of Temecula Valley’s most respected producers. Together, we manage a 10,000 sq ft purpose-built facility designed exclusively for custom crush clients.
We built this facility from the ground up with the infrastructure, team, and pricing to bring any winemaking vision to life. Whether you’re an emerging négociant, an established brand looking to scale, or a grower ready to make your own label — we’re your production partner.
